What makes a good clip?
Fifteen to thirty seconds of one skill, filmed from the side or behind so your coach can see your footwork and contact. One rep, one question. Your coach can answer "why does my serve keep sailing long?" far better than "how did I play today?"
What happens to unused clips?
They do not roll over. Your clip count resets at the start of each billing period, so send clips as you train rather than saving them up.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your account page. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you keep every piece of feedback you have already received.
