How LESN works
Three steps on the web or in the app. Your coach gets the booking instantly.
Choose a coach
Browse by sport and location and see each coach’s rate for private and group lessons.
Pick a time
Open their calendar, choose an open slot, and decide whether to come solo or bring teammates.
Pay at booking
Pay the rate you saw, get confirmed, and the lesson lands on both of your schedules.
Lessons go further when your coach has already seen your clips.
A CLIPS subscriber walks into a lesson with a coach who already knows their habits, so the hour starts at the fix instead of the diagnosis.
- Skip the warm-up assessment. Your coach has watched your reps all month.
- Work on the one thing that is holding you back, then send the next clip to check it stuck.
- No subscription required. Book any coach, any time, with or without CLIPS.
Bring teammates
Book 2v1, 3v1 or 4v1 lessons and share the coach's group rate. Coaches also run open group sessions you can join on your own.
Good to know
How do I pay for a lesson?
You pay the coach’s rate when you book, by card through Stripe. A 4% + $1 service fee is shown at checkout; PRV8 takes nothing from the coach’s price.
What if I need to cancel?
Lesson cancellations follow the coach’s cancellation window. Cancelled in time, the lesson price returns to the athlete as PRV8 account credit that applies automatically to their next booking; the service fee is not refunded. Inside the window, the coach’s policy decides whether partial or no credit is issued. If the coach cancels or doesn’t show, the athlete gets the full amount back as credit, including the service fee, and can move any credit to their card for a $3 processing fee.
Can lessons be virtual?
Yes. Coaches can offer live virtual one-on-one lessons as well as in-person lessons, and each lists their own rate for both.
